MY STORY
Why I started Save My Photos.
Some of my own family photographs were lost during moves, while others were destroyed by mold after my home flooded. That experience showed me how easily the photographs we expect to keep forever can disappear.
You inherited the memories. You shouldn’t have to inherit the overwhelm.
If you’ve inherited a family photo collection or have decades of photographs taking over your own storage space, you don’t have to sort through it all alone.

Questions before you get started?
It’s completely normal to have questions before handing over a collection of family photographs. Here are a few of the things customers often want to know.
Do I need to organize my photos first?
No. Boxes, albums, envelopes, and loose photographs can be sent just as they are.
What can you digitize?
Save My Photos currently digitizes photographs, documents, Polaroids, and negatives. Videotapes and other video formats are not currently offered.
What if I don’t know when the photos were taken?
That’s okay. Exact dates aren’t required to get started, and your collection can still be organized using the information available.
How will I receive my digital photos?
Your completed organized digital files are delivered on a USB drive. Memory Frames and Memory Movies can be added to your project.
Can I ship my collection to you?
Yes. Projects can be sent by shipping or arranged through local drop-off. Specific instructions are provided when your project begins.
